Will you accept returns?
We will always stand behind our products, if they fail due to materials or workmanship, will replace them. If your truck has an electrical failure in it, and it fries the new board, then contact us.
If you are “Easter egging” the problem and just replacing parts to see what fixes the problem, and you buy a part and it does not fix the problem, then we will accept the return, subject to a re-stocking fee.
How long do items take to ship?
We ship Priority Mail (2-5days). Orders are shipped out within 24 hours of receiving them. Except on Saturday nights, then they will ship Monday.
Do you provide technical assistance?
We will, to the best of our ability, post all the information here that you need to troubleshoot and replace your electrical and related systems. It is beyond the scope of this site to go much further than that.
We recommend reading (and applying) the information in the military technical manuals. If you still need help, we have found a great knowledge base over on Steel Soldiers.
Are you affiliated with Steel Soldiers?
The owners of CUCV Electric are members of Steel Soldiers, aside from this, CUCV Electric has no affiliation with that site. We have just found it invaluable being military vehicle owners.
