CUCV Electric was born out of a desire to form a dedicated source for the many electrical parts needed to repair, upgrade, or restore your CUCV. As CUCV owners ourselves, we know how it is difficult to track down exactly what parts you need, and the parts you can find are often over priced.
CUCV Electric was founded on the principle of community and relationships. We realize our customers are our friends, and our friends are our customers. This hobby is very well rounded by great people, willing to do many things just to help you out. Here, we believe that not gouging you on prices is a great way of helping you out.
We are all Military Vehicle owners, and thoroughly enjoy the hobby. When we saw that many parts were becoming scarce and how people were charging crazy prices for items that were needed to support the hobby, we knew that we could take action that would both enhance the hobby and help out others.
We pursued engineering firms that design military electronic equipment, and contracted them to design our components. We have the ability to offer many of the parts available elsewhere, at a substantially reduced price.
